General information about staying in Wellness Hotel Frymburk

Dear guests, we would like to inform you about some important points regarding your stay in our hotel:

Compulsory surcharges for the stay

The price of the stay does not include the recreation fee to the municipality of Frymburk - change from 1.1.2020

• Recreation fee: 20 CZK/adult from 18 years
• Recreation fee is not payable by persons under 18 years of age

The family room can be occupied only by 2 adults + 2 children (3 - 11,99 years). 3rd and 4th adult (Juniors - ages 12-17) in the family room for a surcharge of 230,- CZK/person/night.

• The wellness set (bathrobe and slippers) is provided free of charge to each adult guest whose stay includes access to the Aquapark and sauna world. Guests purchasing the entrance separately can buy the wellness set for 130 CZK.

Check-in from 15:00 

• Access to the Water Park and Sauna World (if guests have paid for entry) from check-in
• early check-in is possible at 12:00 at the earliest, by prior arrangement with the reception, at least 24 hours in advance, for a fee of 500 CZK/DBL room, with entitlement to entry to the Aquapark (not valid in TOP season)
• early check-in is possible at 12:00 at the earliest, by prior arrangement with the reception, at least 24 hours in advance, for a fee of 650 CZK/DBL-1, with entitlement to entry to the Aquapark (not valid in TOP season)
• early check-in is possible at 12:00 at the earliest, by prior arrangement with the reception, at least 24 hours in advance, for a fee of 800 CZK/Family room, with entitlement to entry to the Aquapark (not valid in TOP season)

Check-out until 11:00

• later check-out is possible by prior arrangement with the reception min. 24 hours in advance for a fee of 500 CZK, (NOT VALID IN PEAK SEASON)
• On the day of departure, there is no entitlement to entry to the Aquapark (if the guest has paid for it).

Cancellation policy

• 1 day before and on the day of arrival 100% of the price of the stay
• 2 - 7 days before arrival 75% of the price
• 8 - 14 days before arrival 50% of the price
• The stay must be confirmed in writing on a binding basis and, if necessary, 50% of the amount for the accommodation must be paid as a deposit.
