BABY SITTING FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 15
PROVIDING BABY SITTING – HOTEL SERVICE
Dear parents,
As our hotel service we prepared for you a possibility of baby sitting during your stay at the hotel. Our contract partner is a professional agency called Babysitter from the town of České Budějovice. The Au-pair girls were taught how to work with children and a lot of them are students of pedagogical schools or teachers starting to teach in a kindergarten. In a case of need there can be given a special requirement for the language knowledge of the babysitter. The baby sitting service includes:
- baby sitting for children in age from 0 to 15
- baby sitting during day and night
- baby sitting 24-hours-a-day
- baby sitting during weekdays, weekends or holidays
- baby sitting regularly, irregularly or one time only
- baby sitting in a foreign language
BABY SITTING IS POSSIBLE IN THE HOTEL ROOM, THE CHILDREN PLAYGROUND OR DIFFERENT PLACES IN THE HOTEL OR OUTSIDE, CLOSE TO THE HOTEL, DEPENDING TO THE PRELIMINARY AGREEMENT.
Conditions for ordering the baby sitting
- 1. Send your order to the hotel before your arrival to the e-mail address: info@hotelfrymburk.cz
- 2. The order can be made even after your arrival to the hotel or whenever during your stay, check out the following conditions and the prices.
IN THE E-MAIL ORDER GIVE PLEASE THESE INFORMATIONS:
- 1. DAY, TIME, NUMBER OF CHILDREN AND THEIR AGES
- 2. PLACE OF BABY SITTING (OUTSIDE, IN THE HOTEL, ETC.)
- 3. DESCRIBTION HOW THE BABYSITTER SHOULD BEHAVE TO THE CHILD, PROHIBITIONS, RETENTIONS, ETC.
- 4. MEDICAL STATEMENT OF THE CHILD (ALLERGIES, GIVING MEDICINES, ETC.)
- 5. SPECIAL REQUIRMENTS (LANGAUGE KNOWLEDGE, NURSE, MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS, ETC.)
PRICES:
- Order at least 3 days before the baby sitting – 1 child 140,-CZK/1 hour
- Surcharge for every next baby sitting child in one family - 30,-CZK/1 hour
- Order at least 2 days before the baby sitting– 1 child 150,-CZK/1 hour
- Surcharge for every next baby sitting child in one family – 30,-CZK/1 hour
- Order 24 hours before the baby sitting – 1 child 180,-CZK/1 hour
- Surcharge for every next baby sitting child in one family – 30,-CZK/1 hour
- the baby sitting is given in the length at least 3 hours
- surcharge for baby sitting in a foreign language is 100,-CZK/1 hour
- surcharge for every next child in one family is 30,-CZK/1h
Cancel pays:
- unlimitedly – 4 days before the baby sitting gratis
- 3 – 0 days before the baby sitting 100% cancel pay from already ordered services
- there is not charged an extra surcharge for an ill child or baby sitting at night
- every started hour is charged (toleration of 15 minutes)
THE BABY SITTER HAS TO CONFIRM A STATEMENT ABOUT THE PROVIDED SERVICE AND THE NUMBER OF HOURS AFTER THE BABY SITTING IS DONE AND CONFIRM THAT EVERYTHING WAS ALRIGHT.
